Taft Law School understands the importance of protecting the privacy of applicants and students. The privacy policies which follow explain what data the School collects from visitors to its website and how that information may be used.
The School is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its website. Information Collected and Use of Information
The School may collect online and store personal identifiable information about persons who visit its website and voluntarily submit information. It routinely collects information such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, employment, former education and other information related to the application process. However, in the normal course of business it may share such information with employees assisting an applicant or student, as well as regulatory, licensing, and accrediting agencies acting within the scope of their responsibilities.
The School uses email links located on the “Contact” page and other areas of the site, in addition to contact forms based in Social Media platforms to allow interested parties to contact the School directly to request program information or ask questions. School personnel read every message submitted and attempt to reply promptly. This information is used to respond directly to questions or comments. The School may also file such questions or comments to improve this website and School systems and procedures.
